PRODUCTION PROFILE:

"MORPAK" product range includes 2 fields of activity:

• manufacture of gasket materials
• production of engine gaskets, achaust systems and water pump sealings;

Production process at "MORPAK" begins with basic raw materials, i.e. non-asbestos paper and steel-reinforced gasket board. They guarantee high temperature resistance and loadings that gaskets are subject to.

Since a few years the facory has manufactured metal gaskets.

NON-ASBESTOS PAPER:

Non-asbestos paperboard is used for manufacture of static flat gaskets working in the environment of petrol, oil, exhaust gases and cooling liquids at all of vehicle engine's range of temperatures.

Paperboard is also a component for the production of composite gasket board.

Currently "MORPAK" product range consist the following paper types:

• MORPAK 200
• MORPAK 400
• MORPAK 500
• MORPAK X
• TBG-B (non-condensed)
• TBG-BC (condensed)
• TBG-M (non-condensed)
• TBG-MC (condensed)
• TBA-X

For the production of the basic paper material we use the raw materials only from only the most reliable suppliers.

Paper production process is carried out according to "MORPAK" own formulation and paper technology.

STEEL-REINFORCED GASKET BOARD:

Composite gasket material made by "MORPAK" is mainly used for its own production purposes but also sold to many domestic and foreign Customers. Its characteristics confirm reliable technical and physico-chemical properties. The production process provides for different perforation types - depending on material thickness (round, rectangular perforation).

Gasket board types used for flat gaskets (f.e.: cylinder head gaskets, exhaust manifold) applying in 500°C temperatute fuel, oils and cooling liquids environment:

• M3L - BJ
• M3L - BP
• M3L - BS
• M3L - BV
• M3L - IJ
• M3L - IP

Gasket boards are mainly steel core reinforced (optionally zinc or tin core reinforced for special purposes).

Material used for flat gaskets (especially for exhaust and intake systens gaskets):

• M4L
• M5L
